When You Get a 100% Refund
Confirmed Plagiarism
If the delivered work has Turnitin similarity above the agreed threshold and we cannot fix it within 5 days, full refund.
Confirmed AI-Generated Content
If the delivered work shows Turnitin AI above the agreed threshold (typically 0%) and we cannot fix it within 5 days, full refund.
Late Delivery
If we miss the deadline by more than 24 hours without prior agreement, full refund or 50% partial refund if you choose to keep the work.
Cancellation Before Writer Assigned
Full refund if you cancel within 1 hour of payment, before a writer is assigned.
When You Get a Partial Refund
Cancellation Mid-Project
If you cancel after writer assigned, partial refund proportional to work completed (50–90% depending on stage).
Significant Brief Changes
If you change your requirements mid-project, the existing work is paid for; the new work is quoted separately.
Unsatisfactory After Revisions
If after 3 rounds of revisions you are still unsatisfied, we offer 50% refund or transfer to a different writer.
When We Do Not Refund
Refunds are not issued when:
- The delivered work matches your brief, is delivered on time, and is plagiarism-free / AI-free, but you simply prefer a different writer’s style.
- Your institution rejects the work for reasons unrelated to its quality (e.g., late submission by you, wrong assignment, viva failure for substantive academic reasons).
- You request a refund more than 14 days after delivery for essays, or more than 60 days for dissertations / theses, without prior contact about quality issues.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@projectsdeal.com with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., Turnitin report showing plagiarism). We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Free Revisions First
Where possible, we prefer to fix issues via free unlimited revisions rather than refund. Most issues are resolved through a revision request to the same writer.
