These Terms & Conditions govern your use of projectsdeal.com and all services we provide. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Projectsdeal provides academic writing, editing, proofreading, translation, transcription, and related services. Our deliverables are reference works intended to support your studies — not for submission as your own work where your institution’s rules prohibit external assistance.

2. Order Placement

You place an order via our quote form, WhatsApp, or email. The order is binding when payment is received. The fixed price quoted at order time is the only price you pay.

3. Payment

One-time payment or three instalments. Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or bank transfer. SSL-encrypted checkout. Currency: GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD on request.

4. Delivery

Delivery by the agreed deadline. Delivered as a Word document (or LaTeX, PowerPoint, Excel where requested). Turnitin similarity + Turnitin AI reports attached.

5. Revisions

Free unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery (essays / short documents), 30 days (dissertations / theses), 60 days (PhD theses). Same writer handles revisions.

7. Intellectual Property

On final payment, full copyright in the delivered work transfers to you. Projectsdeal retains no rights, does not resell, does not publish.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information confidentially. NDA is in force with every writer and staff member. We do not disclose client identity or work content to third parties.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: bypassing accreditation requirements where your institution explicitly prohibits external assistance, plagiarising someone else’s work, or fraud.

10. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email and on this page.
